Office Administrator


Location - Chesham, Bucks

Salary – £12,000 gross per annum

We require someone to provide administrative support for our busy Head Office in Chesham, Bucks.

Responsibilities
• Answering telephones, dealing with general enquiries, order enquiries, supply only orders
• Logging e-mail leads onto our computer system/dealing with leads
• Collating sample requests to send out to customers
• Franking the post
• Assisting the Operations Manager (making telephone calls to customers the day before installation, creating worksheets on our computer system for the installers)

Hours and Environment

Experienced Window Film Installers


We are currently looking for new experienced window film installers to join our existing teams travelling around the country installing our range of window film, manifestation and interior graphics.

You must have a proven track record at installing all types of window film as well as experience and installing computer cut and digitally printed graphics.

Excellent customer relation skills are essential as you will be visiting homes, business and construction sites.

Estimator/Sales Manager - vacancy now filled

Location - Chesham, Bucks (or Clerkenwell or Birmingham if more suitable for right candidate)

Salary - dependant on experience

This vacancy will be based from our offices in Chesham, Bucks. However, for the right candidate, there may be the option to be based at our offices in Clerkenwell or Birmingham if more suitable.

Your role as an Estimator/Sales Manager will involve preparing quotations from tender enquiries which are sent to us by Main Contractors with drawings and technical information supplied about the projects.

As well as understanding the requirements of the tender quotation, you will also be required to track the stages of that particular project to ensure that we know when key decisions are to be made. This may be by using our construction database research tools, as well as phone calls direct to the contractor to keep in touch.

You will also be required to expand our contact and client list through business development. Do we know all of the key decision makers within that organisation? Are there any current projects that we can also help them with?

Fast turnaround is needed with our tenders so you must be able to work efficiently and communicate well over the phone in the situations where you may have questions about the project.

Experience within one of the following industries would be useful but not essential;

Window Film & Manifestation
Construction
Office Fitout & Refurbishment
Office Partitions & Glazing
Large Format Graphic Printing & Signage Solutions
Interior Graphics & Window Graphics

You will need to be able to take off sizes from scaled drawings. These are usually supplied to us electronically, so experience using some form of CAD software would be beneficial.

Written quotations are prepared in Microsoft Excel and Word with a computer based price calculator to ensure consistant pricing on projects.

Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce is an advantage.

Excellent communication skills required. Both over the telephone and face to face if needed.

Full product training as well as technical training on all of the items above will be provided.

Graphics Assistant - vacancy now filled

Location - Chesham, Bucks

Salary – upon application, dependent on experience


We require someone who has an interest in graphics and design to assist in our expanding Graphics team. They will need to be hardworking, organized and able to work to deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Cut and produce vinyl graphics to fulfil online orders
- Prepare window film to fulfil online orders
- Prepare orders for despatch
- Assist in the preparation of graphics and film jobs being installed, including printed and cut vinyl
- Prepare proofs for clients using Illustrator

Technical Skills - (Full training provided)

- Will need to be computer literate
- Any knowledge of Signlab and Adobe Illustrator would be an advantage
