Safety Window Films

The Window Film Company can supply and install clear safety window films to any potentially unsafe glass in your home.  If you think that you have any unsafe glass that is not toughened or laminated, then we advise that you upgrade your existing glass in your windows and doors to a safe standard using safety films.

Safety Window Films are usually cheaper and much less disruptive than taking out glass and replacing it with new.  With the window film applied, if the glass was to break, it would help stop the glass from shattering as it would help hold it together within the frame and reduce the risk of injury.

Clear Safety Films are clear and virtually unnoticable once applied onto your windows or doors.  The Window Film Company will also mark the film after a professional installation to confirm that the glass meets the required British/European Safety Standard.  When you have the window film installed by The Window Film Company, you also get a 10-year warranty.

If you only have a very small area to cover, we do also offer DIY Clear Safety Window Film for you to install yourself which you can buy online with full video fitting instructions available to help you.  Although we would not be able to mark the glass to say it has been professionally installed, if you do install the film correctly, it will still help reduce the risk of injury.
