TEST YOUR SPORTING KNOWLEDGE FOR CHARITY

The Window Film Company is proud to be lending support to a fantastic sport themed event in a bid to raise vital funds for a home counties based charity.

The inaugural Question of Sport charity dinner will take place at Adams Park, the home of Wycombe Wanderers FC and will be hosted by Alan Parry of Sky Sports. The event will feature a cocktail reception and a three course meal, with a full interactive sports quiz running throughout, with questions and rounds designed to suit and appeal to followers of all sports.

The event has been organised and supported by a number of local businesses and will raise money for Rennie Grove Hospice Care. The charity provides care and support for patients diagnosed with cancer and other life-limiting illnesses. The charity has running costs of over £7m, with around 84% of these costs met by donations. With the demand for services increasing, fundraising is more important for the charity than ever.

In speaking of the event, Managing Director of the Window Film Company said:

“I’m delighted to be on the event committee and that The Window Film Company is among the sponsors of what promises to be an excellent night. We’ve entered a team, so we’ll be there on the night and I know my colleagues are looking forward to showing off their sporting knowledge!

I’m proud that The Window Film Company has had a base in Buckinghamshire since founding it in 1998 and it’s important to me that when possible, we support initiatives such as this. Local charities do so much good work, but are very reliant on donations and fundraising so we like to do what we can.”
