The Window Film Company has completed the print and installation of branded privacy window film for an internationally renowned clothing brand at their London pop-up store.
Sweats Collective is an Australian based fashion brand, known for stylish streetwear, and as part of an international programme of pop up stores, the team descended on London to takeover a store in the West End, engaging The Window Film Company to help set up the store.
As part of the project, window film was required for the store’s glass façade, in order to deliver a combination of privacy and branding. After discussions with an Account Manager from the Window Film Company, it was agreed that Frostbrite frosted window film would be the best approach.
Frostbrite is a long lasting and durable privacy window film that gives glazing the contemporary and stylish appearance of acid etched or sandblasted glass, delivering privacy from both sides of the glass by obscuring the two-way view, while still allowing natural light to pass through. As well as being an elegant privacy solution, Frostbrite frosted film can also be printed onto, allowing for the creation of bespoke, branded window film for glass.
On this occasion, simple but effective branding was required, with the SWEATS logo printed onto the frosted film.
The application of film served to deliver privacy in the week in the build up to the store opening, allowing fitting out to take place without being seen by passers-by. The branding on the film also served to raise awareness in the build-up to launch, delivering a striking and clear way of announcing the arrival of the store in London.
The location was being used for a week, so it was important that the glass could be returned to its original state at the conclusion of the event. While Frostbrite is designed to be a long lasting window film, it can be removed if it is no longer required.
