Product Knowledge
Excellent product knowledge and experience in fitting an extensive range of window film products is essential, with a working knowledge of additional products such as digital wallpaper an advantage.

Customer Service
As a member of the team you will be installing window film and printed graphics in a range of environments, including commercial, retail and residential properties. As such, excellent customer service skills are vital.

Training and qualifications
Full training will be provided where necessary, but existing certification such as CS/CS, IPAF and PASMA would be beneficial.

Driving licence
A full UK driving licence is necessary.

Experience
You do not need any experience in the industry as full training will be provided. we just ask that you arrive prepared to give it your all!

Customer service & attention to detail
You will be expected to have excellent customer service skills, including a top class telephone manner. Your leads will be provided for you, but you will need to be personable and polite at all times, with an excellent eye for detail.

Use of technology
You will be required to be computer literate, with a working understanding of Word, Excel and Outlook important. You will also utilise our CRM system to manaage contacts, leads and quotes.

Salary and commission
The basic salary is £23,000, with OTE including commission £30,000. Please note that commission is uncapped, so the more you sell, the more you earn! Your hours will be 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
VACANCY: Sales Executive.
Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire. Please note, this role is office based.

We are looking for new Account Managers to help win new business and develop customer relationships.
We will generate most of your leads and you will be required to deal with these leads professionally with attention to detail.
Our types of customers include homeowners, businesses, fit-out companies, main contractors, glass companies, sign companies and many, many more.
You will need to manage enquiries from the initial call, right the way through to completion, including after sales contact once the work has been completed.
