Returns Policy
This page explains our returns, cancellations, and refunds policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Key information:
- Any defects or issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
- Bespoke / Custom Items: Cut-to-size or custom-printed films cannot be returned or cancelled once production has started, unless they are faulty or damaged.
- Handling Fees: A 30% handling charge applies to order changes or cancellations once manufacturing has begun.

Condition: If returning an order, returned items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Bespoke orders:
Custom-made products are manufactured to your specific requirements. Therefore;
- These items cannot be changed, cancelled, or returned once production has started.
- Returns are only accepted if the goods are faulty or defective.
Defective or damaged goods:
If your order arrives damaged or you suspect it is defective or faulty in any way, please contact us as soon as possible. Please do not attempt to install your window film if you think it is defective, faulty or damaged.
In the event of your window film arriving damaged, or if you suspect it of being defective;
- You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
- Once the defect has been confirmed, we will offer either:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, including return costs where applicable.
