We’re obviously proud to have achieved this award again but obtaining real reviews from our customers isn’t just about patting ourselves on the back; it’s an integral part of making sure we continue to improve and get even better.

After buying from us online, purchasers are invited to leave us a rating and a review, providing us with a mark out of five for the product and our service. The entire process is managed by Feefo, ensuring a completely independent process; we have no control over the reviews. This feedback is incredibly valuable for us as it not only confirms what we are doing well, but it can also highlight issues or areas for improvement.
