Sales Executive

Location - Chesham, Bucks (Office Based)

Salary - £23,000 Basic + Commision = £30,000 OTE (uncapped)

The role

We are looking for a new Account Managers to help win new business and develop customer relationships.

We will generate most of your leads through various different methods. You will be required to deal with these leads professionally with great attention to detail.

Our types of customers include homeowners, businesses, fit-out companies, main contractors, glass companies, sign companies and many, many more.

Although leads are generated for you, if you speak to somebody who may have a repeat requirement for our products you will need to develop that relationship to maximise sales.

Even for one-off customers, you will need to manage their enquiry from the initial call, right through to an after sales call, once our Operations Department has told you that the work has been completed. This is what ensures total customer satisfaction, referrals and repeat business.

Experience

You do not need experience in the window film industry, as full product training will be given. However, previous sales, business development or account management is essential.

You must be computer literate because we use Salesforce CRM to record all customer information, as well as Word, Excel and Outlook to prepare quotes and contact customers.

You need to have a fantastic telephone manner to give customers confidence in you and our company.

Salary and benefits

The basic salary is £23,000 pa. OTE would take this up to £30,000 pa, but this is uncapped. The more you sell, the more you will earn.

Your hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm with an hour for lunch.

Holiday allowance is 21 days per annum.

Experienced Window Film Installers

Location: Installations carried out nationwide. Headquarters in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Salary: Upon application, dependent upon experience.

Due to continued growth, we require experienced window film installers to join our team. Installations take place throughout the country, with our operational base in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Excellent product knowledge and experience in fitting an extensive range of window film products is essential, with a working knowledge of additional products such as digital wallpaper an advantage.
As a member of the team you will be installing window film and printed graphics in a range of environments, including commercial, retail and residential properties. As such, excellent customer service skills are vital.
Full training will be provided where necessary, but existing certification such as CS/CS, IPAF and PASMA would be beneficial.
A full UK driving licence is necessary.

Trainee Window Film Installers

Location: Installations carried out nationwide. Headquarters in Chesham, Buckinghamshire.

Salary: Upon application, dependent upon experience.

We are currently looking for new window film installers to join our existing teams travelling around the country installing our range of window film, manifestation and interior graphics.

You do not need to have experience installing window film, but experience working in homes and offices as a tradesman will be an advantage.

Excellent customer relation skills are essential as you will be visiting homes, business and construction sites.
