The Window Film Company’s commitment to customer service has been recognised with an award from Feefo; an independent review and ratings company.

The Gold Trusted Service Award is awarded to businesses with an average customer rating of 4.5 out of 5 throughout the year, providing recognition for consistently high standards of customer service.

In speaking of the award Managing Director Micky Calcott explained:

“We work hard to deliver the best possible customer service possible, so to receive this recognition as a result of independently gathered reviews is a source of great pride for me and the team. The Feefo platform allows us to hear directly from our customers and we use the feedback to identify ways in which we can continue to evolve and improve our service. This award is fantastic and we’re thrilled to have received it, but we’ll also use it as motivation to make sure we make our customer service even better still. We’re already planning to make sure we get the gold award in 2018 too”

Each review collected by Feefo is matched to a transaction, ensuring that each piece of feedback is genuine.

This is the third year The Window Film Company has used Feefo to gather independent reviews and feedback and is the third year in which the gold standard award has been achieved.
