Account Managers

Our Account Managers are on hand to make sure that we match each customer with the correct product. With a range of different films available, our team take the time to fully understand what is required before providing advice, options, samples and prices. Your Account manager is always available to answer any questions at any stage of the process - whether it is detailed performance information or a rough guide as to how a particular film might look, they are always available.

Graphics and Print Team

Our in-house graphics and print team are able to help with the creation of bespoke graphics and design, as well as overseeing the reproduction of artwork used in an ever increasing number of ways. The graphics team liaise with clients, providing proofs and regular updates to ensure that each piece of artwork is produced to meet and exceed both our and our customers’ expectations.

In line with every other aspect of our work, all printing is carried out in-house. This enables us to offer short turnaround times when required, whilst also keeping a close eye on the quality. By using our own state of the art print equipment we can guarantee the best possible finish, and on the rare occasion that there is an issue, we can detect it early and rectify it immediately.

Operations

It is the job of the Operations Team to manage logistics. It is they that will book our teams of installers, telling them where they need to be in the Country and when. The team liaise with each and every client to agree and arrange a suitable installation date, and will also handle all the logistical issues such as arranging access equipment and the completion of any necessary paperwork or documentation.

Nationwide Installation

The Window Film Company's teams of fitters operate throughout the Country and are trained and qualified in every aspect of the installation process. Each fitter has had experience of jobs of every type; internal and external, at height and in other awkward to reach locations. They have fitted film at the homes of sports stars and celebrities as well as in public buildings, and the premises of some of the biggest brand names in the world. 

By managing each element of the process, we are able to make sure that every stage is carried out to the standard we expect. We do the hard work, so you don't have to.
