No escaping the rat race...

Four intrepid members of The Window Film Company team will be taking part in the world’s biggest obstacle course later this month, as they tackle the ‘rat race’ at Burghley House.

Micky Calcott, Adrian Rollason, Andy Parkin and JJ O’Neill will be tackling the 13 mile course which contains 150 obstacles as they bid to raise money for a range of charities. The Multiple System Atrophy Trust, Marie Curie and local charity the Hospice of St Francis are set to benefit from their efforts, which has seen them embark on a fearsome training regime.

Speaking ahead of the event, Company Director Micky Calcott said: “We’ve been working hard in the office to make sure the Company continues its successful start to the year, and then heading straight to the gym to work hard there too!  We’re not underestimating the challenge we’re facing, but we’re looking forward to taking it on together. Many of our colleagues will be coming up to support us and we’re pleased with the amount of sponsorship money that people have already pledged.

It should be good fun, has helped us get fit and we’re raising money for charity. They are three causes close to our hearts and of course the more money we can raise, the better.”

Each of the participants has an individual Just Giving page which will be open for donations up to two months after the event.
